September 20 is Gaúcho Day, and there will be a celebration as tradition dictates at Steffen Event Center: on September 18, Ildo Steffen will host the Gaúcha Barbecue.
The event will start at 9 AM with breakfast and end at 4 PM. On the soundtrack, there will be plenty of forró vaneirão with the bands Tchê Brasil and Os Santannas, and during the breaks, DJ Alexis Cunha will perform.
The party will feature typical foods from the southern region of the country and lunch with Traditional Gaúcho Barbecue. For the kids, there will be a kids' area with various toys. At lunchtime, starting at 12 PM, the famous Gaúcho barbecue will be served, featuring Steffen's rib on the grill.
