More convenience for business owners With an expanded product mix, new sales channels, a tripled digital presence, and a revenue growth of 45%, Convento Cervejaria - always seeking innovation in the craft beer market - launches another novelty, the brand's automatic beer dispensers, with a unique operation. According to one of the partners of Convento, Léo Leal, the machines are easy to use, pay, and function. "We are implementing a new business model, where the customer pays for what they consume, and the business owner will have more convenience and less worry," says the entrepreneur. The Convento Autonomous Beer Dispenser model works connected to the internet; the user/customer points their phone camera at the QR Code of the beer they want to drink, opens the payment link, chooses the amount of liquid, and that's it, the tap is released and beer is in the glass. "It's easy, fast, and fair; the customer pays for what they drink on the spot, and the business owner is compensated for the consumption on their premises," highlights Leal. Léo Leal also emphasizes that he considered the entrepreneur who will host Convento's machines. "The innovation is that we will have an online system where we will know when the beer is running low and already restock the beverage for the establishment before it runs out; the beer will always be fresh for the public," he explains. Another factor was the pandemic, which greatly affected the businesses of bars and restaurants, and in this case, the entrepreneur in the sector will not pay for the consumed beer; they will receive from Convento for that consumption. "We will pass on to them the part related to the establishment, as we will be receiving directly from the consumer through online payment," guarantees Leal. "We are investing heavily in this new business model; our focus is on bars, restaurants, pubs, coworking spaces, clubs, etc., so that everyone has Convento Cervejaria beer available for the locals," points out Leal.
