After dominating social media with its traditional version, Borelli's chocolate gelato receives an even more sophisticated and surprising reinterpretation. The Chocolate Dubai Gelato has just been launched at Gelato Borelli Vitória, a creation that promises to delight dessert lovers with refined taste and striking sensory experiences.
Inspired by the exuberant flavors of the Middle East, the new gelato bets on the combination that has conquered the world: the creaminess of milk chocolate with pistachio cream and the crunchy touch of kadaife – a typical ingredient of Arabic sweets, known for its delicate texture and unmistakable flavor.
“Chocolate Dubai is more than just a gelato, it’s an experience, a sensory journey, with ingredients that complement and surprise with every spoonful,” highlights entrepreneur Vitor Guedes, who leads Gelato Borelli Vitória. “After the success of the traditional version, we felt it was time to dare and bring something even more striking that unites tradition, innovation, and a lot of personality,” he says. The Chocolate Dubai Gelato is a seasonal edition and will be available until June 8.
