According to one of the partners of Mivita, André Pretti, the entire construction of the development is guided by sustainability. “All materials used in the construction are evaluated with this sustainable, economic, and ecological concept,” he said.
According to Pretti, the project was conceived from the beginning to provide comfort to residents while being mindful of the environment. “We will deliver a unique, modern project, with technology allied to sustainability and always thinking about the well-being of those who will live in ‘Inside Jardim da Penha’,” he highlighted.
Mivita Construtora has been operating for four years in the interior of the State and is run by four partners: André Pretti, Renan Machado, Thiago Sirtoli, and Livia Giacomin.
