In a space surrounded by nature, the Brewery, which operates from Friday to Sunday, arrives bringing various styles of beer, in addition to a menu with traditional Brazilian snacks and also classics from global brewing schools
Guarapari has just gained a new 100% capixaba craft brewery. It is the Buena Vista Brewery that opened to the public last weekend in Buenos Aires, a rural area of the beach municipality, surrounded by nature, waterfalls, and experiencing economic growth with the opening of various enterprises. Initially, the brewery opens from Friday to Sunday and has eight taps, six of which are for styles that are permanently produced at the brewery, such as Pilsen, American Blonde Ale, Amber Lager, Red Ale, Session IPA, and American IPA. The brewery has also opened with another novelty on tap, the Hop Larger. The idea is also for the house to host guest breweries on its taps. "In the future, we intend to increase this number and even change the perennial styles according to our perception of customer demand. And besides enjoying the beer on-site, customers will also be able to take home growlers filled on the spot or even purchase beers in bottles that will be sold on-site," explains Marcos Oliveira, a partner in the venture and the brewmaster who produces the beers in Vitória.
With a project signed by architect and also partner in the venture, Christian Vieira, the brewery has about 400 m2 of area, located on a privileged plot of 25 thousand square meters, close to the center. In total, there are four independent environments, with one ground floor and three upper floors, featuring open balconies and also air-conditioned space.
"Visitors will be surprised by the structure, as the idea was to work with something modular that had visual appeal without interfering with the surrounding nature, which is a differential of the brewery that will undoubtedly enchant everyone. Because of this, to keep the local vegetation as the protagonist, balancing the green present in the natural landscape and developing harmony between the environments, we opted for shades of gray throughout the structure of the house," he explains.
Brazilian and International Cuisine
In addition to traditional Brazilian snacks like pururuca pork belly, linguicinha de rolo, and tapioca cubes, the brewery's menu also pays homage to brewing schools around the world, bringing classic snacks from Germany, Belgium, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Options range from the famous German dish Schnitzel (thin slices of breaded pork loin) to the Belgian recipe Carbonade flamande (beef stew cooked in the house's Red Ale), Bitterballen (crispy balls with creamy meat filling, typical of Dutch cuisine), among others like Buffalo wings and Fish and chips.
