The tip from the Coco Bambu ES chain is the shrimp dishes (the house specialty) which include new options, as well as other choices from Brazilian cuisine that will cater to all tastes. In addition, the two restaurants in the chain located at Shopping Praia da Costa in Vila Velha and Praia do Canto in Vitória will have a treat for mothers: "We will give mothers a mini-cocada as a courtesy. While they wait, we offer a coconut drink," says one of the partners, Cláudio Rosalém.
Among the dish recommendations, the Sicilian Shrimp (main photo) is one of the latest novelties from the house: "The breaded shrimp with catupiry is served with Sicilian lemon risotto," says Caio Adrião, one of the partners in the chain in Espírito Santo. For those who enjoy meat, one of the signature dishes at Coco Bambu is the Sun-Dried Meat from the Sertão. "The dish consists of succulent shredded sun-dried meat sautéed in country butter with red onion, cream, and cilantro, served on a bed of milk rice with coalho cheese. All of this is gratinated with coalho cheese and accompanied by irresistible pieces of fried cassava. A combination that brings all the flavor and soul of the northeast to the table," he points out. Another recent launch is the Imperial Shrimp made with shrimp in a garlic bread crust served over spaghetti with a sauce of choice (white, tomato, and parmegiana).
For those who enjoy a nice picanha accompanied by a cold beer, a noble meat dish is the order of the day: Black Angus Picanha: Flavor and quality, with the juiciness and tenderness of Black Angus beef served with vinaigrette, chimichurri, yellow farofa, boiled manioc, and biro biro rice. In addition, the house also offers a wide variety of dishes, appetizers, and snacks.
