For those who prefer to order dishes for Christmas dinner, Coco Bambu Vila Velha – a restaurant specializing in seafood – will have its entire menu available for orders and delivery.
During this special period, one of the partners of the house, Celio Vilela, suggests the house's new releases, which are novelties and refined dishes. "Among them, we have the Bacalhau à Lagareiro, which serves two people and consists of a baked cod loin with olive oil, confit garlic, onion, eggs, tomato, olives, potato, pumpkin, and broccoli, served with broccoli rice, as well as the Camarão Coco Brasil, which serves six people and consists of 18 breaded shrimp filled with catupiry, over a creamy shrimp moqueca rice with cilantro, topped with potato sticks and panko farofa with bacon and leeks," describes the businessman.
Another standout dish that is highly requested at the end of the year, both for on-site consumption and for orders, is the Rede de Pescador. Composed of a mix of seafood including shrimp, mussels, fish, and squid rings, these items are grilled and covered with Provençal sauce, accompanied by saffron rice, serving three people. "As it is a special and exotic dish, it has a lot to do with the Christmas celebration," points out Vilela.
In addition to seafood, the restaurant offers several recipes with northeastern influences and meat options. The suggestion for the end of the year is the Filé Alfredo, made with filet mignon medallions wrapped in bacon and funghi sauce, accompanied by fettuccine with Alfredo sauce prepared with fresh cream. "It’s a tasty dish and very popular due to the combination of pasta and meat," claims Vilela.
Among the whole desserts, the creamy banana pie, large and giant brownies, and baked cocada are options that serve 15 to 25 people.
