Just like in last year's CASACOR ES, architect Vivyan Modesto will repeat the children's environment. She explains that what motivated her is the market niche found in this children's area, which has been consolidating. Last year's Playroom was very successful, and this year she has improved the project for the Kids area, expanding the space and referring to the memory of the children's imaginary of the playful treehouse.
