The Corpus Christi holiday, on the upcoming 8th, is the opportunity that many families and groups of friends have been waiting for to gather and enjoy special moments. An option that is becoming increasingly affordable is the rental of houses, new spaces with hotel service that guarantee a stay as if you were at home sweet home.
“We have received a lot of inquiries since the pandemic eased. People are still investing more time to be with each other and want to have these moments in a cozy, less corporate environment. That’s why the rental of houses for tourism has been increasing a lot,” said businessman Tiago Leitão, who manages a farmhouse with 10 suites in Costa Dourada.
The increase in demand that Leitão has been experiencing is supported by a survey from Horwath HTL, which confirms the growth across Brazil in the number of residences with hotel services. Although the houses have a different structure, the proposal is the same: to offer a more homey, less impersonal place and ensure that demands for cleaning, security, and food are outsourced.
“Today we allow the hiring of at least six suites, and you can enjoy everything we offer: pools, private beach, and services such as catering, cook, caretaker, etc.,” explained Tiago Leitão about the accommodation at the Cacimba do Padre farmhouse, which annually hosts dozens of residents from Espírito Santo and Minas Gerais for intimate moments.
The costs
Among the advantages of rental houses with hotel service is the sharing of costs. According to businessman Tiago Leitão, the daily rate and hotel services are shared. “If before, in seasonal rentals, the contractor was responsible for 100% of the payment, now they can divide it with the group and reduce accommodation expenses by more than 50%,” he highlighted.
