The 24th edition of the CASACOR ES exhibition took place at the Ítalo-Brasileiro club in 2019, and the exhibition returns to the same location this year with a new perspective. It was the last before the pandemic that changed the world, including the concepts of quality of life that CASACOR has always been at the forefront of. Once again, organizers Rita Tristão and Renata Tristão highlight the presence and culture of Italy in the state, in tune with the symbolism of holding the exhibition in one of the most beautiful addresses on Ilha do Boi, part of the region that is experiencing the most growth in real estate activity in the city, which includes Curva da Jurema and Enseada do Suá. The “Open House” took place last Friday, April 28, at Hotel Ilha do Boi, at 9 a.m., featuring a lecture by Pedro Ariel, national consultant for CASACOR. Ariel presented this year's theme “Body and Dwelling,” which proposes our home as an extension of our body. In defending the theme, it is emphasized that, in the face of an economic downturn induced by a powerful virus and a war with global repercussions, it is time to harmonize our dwellings with more depth than ever, hence the symbolism that this is an “extension of the body.” The theme addresses new concepts of living, resonating with various knowledge that has begun to awaken our interest. CASACOR ES 2023 will take place from September 20 to November 15, occupying the Ítalo with a new layout and new proposals. Among various new ideas, the exhibition enhances the social integration square on the ground floor of the club and turns the restaurant towards the sea, highlighting the location of the Ítalo Club on this special island, which is part of the archipelago whose main island is the capital itself, Vitória. About 30 environments will be divided among thematic lofts, all facing the sea, and studios that will follow the trend of integrated and stylish dwellings that embrace all the needs of the residents. The “Ginteria,” the “Wine Spot,” and the “Enophile's Balcony” are among the unusual environments of the exhibition. Major brands have already confirmed their presence at CASACOR 2023, such as Audi, which will launch a top-of-the-line model at the exhibition, and brands like Guararapes, Deca, Coral, Banco Regional de Brasília (BRB), and Hotel Ilha do Boi, among others. OPEN HOUSE CASACOR ES On April 28, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., at Hotel Ilha do Boi, followed by a visit to the site at the Ítalo-Brasileiro Club. 27th CASACOR 2023 – From September 20 to November 15, at the Ítalo-Brasileiro Club, on Ilha do Boi.
