A Miss Girassol presents the CARNAMISS 2026 collection, a new Carnival collection developed by Laila Castiglioni, creator of the capixaba brand that has been enchanting since 2009 due to its handmade accessories and following the slow fashion trend.

Crescendo in her mother’s atelier, Rosane Castiglioni, amidst fabrics, sparkles, and visual references from Brazilian Carnival, Laila closely followed the creations and productions of Carnival collections from an early age. These early experiences already revealed the aesthetic strength, glamour, and exuberance that mark the imagination of Brazil's Carnival.

Inspired by the great muses who marked generations and helped project Brazilian Carnival both domestically and internationally, the CARNAMISS 2026 collection is based on women who, in the 1980s and 1990s, highlighted the image and aesthetics of Carnival, consolidating Carnival as an expression of fashion, art, and cultural identity.


These references engage with contemporary Brazilian Carnival, valuing aesthetics, image, and sparkle as a language of expression, without caricatured excesses. The result is a sophisticated and authorial reading of Carnival, where the artisanal meets desire and detail becomes the protagonist.

The CARNAMISS 2026 collection celebrates the aesthetic strength of Brazilian Carnival, with references to the great samba schools and the muses of Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, and Espírito Santo, the latter constantly growing and strengthening in the national carnival scene.

The pieces are developed artisanally, on a small scale, with noble materials such as feathers, selected fabrics, crystals, metals, and sequins. They are authorial accessories, handmade, designed for women who value exclusivity, sophistication, and personal style.

 

Sales and availability

The collection includes pieces from the catalog as well as ready-to-wear items, produced in limited editions. Additionally, Laila Castiglioni develops custom accessories for clients who desire exclusive, personalized creations beyond the options presented in the catalog.

The pieces from the collection are primarily promoted through the brand's Instagram, and sales can be made via WhatsApp. The accessories are also available at the Maria Sanz Kimono store.

During the month of January, Laila Castiglioni and the CARNAMISS 2026 collection will be present in boutiques in Vitória, welcoming clients and showcasing the collection for sale in in-person meetings.
