Craft beer is a constantly growing market, and Espírito Santo is on the list of states with the highest number of breweries per capita, according to the Ministry of Agriculture and Supply (Mapa), in this year's edition of the Beer Yearbook. Convento Cervejaria, which launched several innovations in 2021, such as a beer machine and interactive labels, ends the year with a new unprecedented project in the state, a collaborative bar.
Entrepreneur Léo Leal inaugurated on December 10th, the first collaborative bar in Espírito Santo, along with partner Anderson Albuquerque and businessman Andrews Barreto, in Jardim Camburi.
Bar Colab will be a partnership between Convento Cervejaria and LoroLoco Brewery Co, led by Andrews.
"It's a bar in collaboration between two capixaba breweries, where both brands work together to deliver tasting experiences from both," explains Leal. "We will prioritize collaboration, not only from the breweries but also from users, clients, and partners, offering a modern service, such as a virtual waiter and self-service draft beer, in addition to exclusive drinks made with beer or spirits and snacks that go perfectly with beer," guarantees the entrepreneur.
Among the practicality of the services at the location, Léo highlights that "Bar Colab will have a menu via QR Code, and an electronic waiter, meaning the customer will not need to call the waiter to place an order or refill their drink; they can place the order themselves and will be attended to, even closing the bill."
