Bairro de Fátima, in Serra, is now one of the most sought-after locations when it comes to commerce. The location has proven to be strategica for merchants. Given its position, local businesses can serve residents of Jardim Camburi, in Vitória, Hélio Ferraz, Manoel Plaza, and the Bairro de Fátima itself.
"It’s the kind of neighborhood where you demand products and services. We are indeed betting on the place, as it has proven to be a promising stronghold for merchants in Espírito Santo," explained businessman Leonardo Picinatti.
He, who is a partner at the store Mundo do Neném, recently moved his business to Bairro de Fátima. "When we realized we would have more visibility there in addition to guaranteed sales thanks to the location, we had no doubts: we moved when we saw the opportunity," Picinatti said.
Today, Mundo do Neném offers retail and wholesale purchasing options. "We are the first store in the sector around here. I believe this is a good differential for the commerce in the region, which already has establishments from various segments," Leonardo added.
