What do future professionals need in terms of improvement to succeed and deliver effective results? And how can technology be used within this context for better learning?
To guide and discuss all these issues, the Grau Técnico e Profissionalizante school decided to train its instructors and will hold the training "The New Skills of the Professional of the Future" next Saturday (23), starting at 9 am, at the Cariacica unit, located in Vila Capixaba.
The project, in partnership with Sebrae-ES, will feature a lecture by the director of Grau, Dr. Isabella Lira, who will talk about "Active Methodologies in Education."
"There are several topics that can be addressed such as critical thinking and problem solving, collaboration with communication, digital skills, educational leadership, and professional development," highlights Isabella.
The action is part of the Capacita Grau 2024 project, a pedagogical initiative aimed at enhancing the teaching of instructors working at the Grau Educational Teaching Center.
