A new construction standard for leisure areas emerges in the real estate market with the launch of Arti Design Living, by Città Engenharia and Apex. In this development, the space designated for the entertainment of future residents will be built entirely independent of the residential towers, it will be a standalone building and later integrated with the private units.
In practice, this means that the leisure area of Arti Design Living is a sophisticated entertainment complex, which will occupy three floors and a total area of 1,186.31 square meters. Access to this luxury club will be made exclusively through the Lobby of the development.
