Tomorrow will be a day to take care of health and, on top of that, lift the spirits. The parking lot of Masterplace Mall will host 'Smart Verão' on the 21st. The initiative promoted by the Smart Fit unit at Reta da Penha aims to provide a free moment of leisure and physical activity for all ages.
With tents, sound system, and a stage set up especially for this moment, the outdoor class will be led by Fit Dance and Zumba instructors, Agda Feller and Bárbara Marangoni, who are favorites among the gym's athletes.
The start will be with the Fit Dance class at 9 AM, featuring the most requested choreographies. From 10 AM to 11 AM, it’s time to dance to the rhythm of Zumba. The morning dedicated to health is free of charge.
