In recent years, advancements in medicine have transformed the way we detect and treat diseases. Major Clinical Analysis laboratories play a crucial role in this scenario. "The demand for qualified professionals in the field has reached unprecedented levels, with many students being hired even before completing their courses," explained manager André Carvalheiro from Grau Técnico.
According to him, the appreciation of the Clinical Analysis course in the prevention, diagnosis, and monitoring of diseases has driven the search for technicians. He emphasizes: "The demand is so significant that laboratories, faced with a lack of qualified labor, are increasingly inclined to hire professionals still in training, thus contributing to the expansion of these companies," he pointed out.
The job market is widely open, offering a vast range of opportunities. Given this reality, it is evident that the sector is eager to welcome new professionals, creating a favorable environment for continuous development and growth. According to Carvalheiro, the average salary of a Clinical Analysis Technician is R$2,716.
