Singer LUIZGA, a Brazilian raised in the countryside of Minas Gerais, will perform this Saturday, 30, in a night full of sound experiences at A Selva, a cultural hub in downtown Vitória. He is a guest of the project A Selva Apresenta, which aims to promote original music, and will also feature an opening show by singer André Prando, a renowned name in the capixaba music scene. LUIZGA is the alter ego of Luiz Gabriel Lopes, who grew up listening to songs created by his family, which remain his greatest source of inspiration. His music, a descendant of the richest lineage of MPB, also blends influences from pop music, folk, and world music. The singer has been traveling the world with his guitar since 2010, performing throughout Brazil, as well as in Latin America, the United States, Europe, and Asia. During these travels, both solo and with his bands, he has performed on important stages. The singer has also accumulated an award-winning repertoire, with over 1 million streams on Spotify.
Currently alternating seasons between Europe and Brazil, LUIZGA presents, solo, his new vibrant musical metamorphoses, from which sambas, ijexás, xotes, and maracatus emerge. In addition to him, the night will feature the repertoire of André Prando, as well as DJ Comanche Bota Som during the breaks. The age rating is 18 years.
