On December 4th, the São Paulo City Council held a solemn session in honor of the Brazilian Academy of Letters of Municipal Guards (ABLAGUAM). Among the highlights of the night was the academic and international speaker Myrinha Vasconcellos, who received the Honor of Merit and the diploma "Raquel de Queiroz", an award granted by the nomination of the academic Kristhel Byancco.
