Shopping Praia da Costa offers a children's program with an international exhibition, theater, and recreation
Keeping the kids entertained on the weekend is always a challenge for parents. Those looking for leisure options for the little ones in Greater Vitória will find a packed schedule of events at Shopping Praia da Costa every weekend, featuring recreation, workshops, and theatrical performances, all completely free.
One of the events this time is the International Exhibition of giant dragons over six meters tall. Unprecedented and free, it features 10 different species of dragons distributed throughout the shopping center's event square on the L1 floor. The main one, the Battle Dragon, measures ten meters in length, five meters in width, and six meters and thirty centimeters in height, and it even emits sound, makes movements, and releases smoke from its mouth. The exhibition is open to the public during the shopping center's operating hours, from 10 AM to 10 PM, Monday to Saturday, and Sundays and holidays from 2 PM to 8 PM.

The projects Fun in the Square and Enchanted Afternoon have been providing leisure and entertainment for local children for over three years. Every Saturday, from 5 PM to 8 PM, at the Praia Square, located on the L1 floor, a team of entertainers keeps the kids engaged with games and workshops that vary each week. Participation is free.

On Sundays, the program is even more complete. In addition to the activities of Fun in the Square, with recreation and workshops from 5 PM to 8 PM at Praia Square, families can also watch a completely free children's theatrical performance, with sessions at 3 PM and 4 PM. The performances take place in the Enchanted Afternoon space, located on the L3 floor, accessible through the Game Point store. The shows vary each Sunday and have included performances such as Alice in Wonderland, Magic Show, The King of the Jungle, and many other stories. According to the marketing manager of Shopping Praia da Costa, Marcus Aguiar, the program aims to meet the needs of the whole family. "Every weekend we hold a free program filled with many games for the little ones. It’s our way of contributing so that local families have access to leisure options where the whole family can be together. Additionally, we also have free parking on Sundays so that more people can enjoy a day of recreation, theater, in a safe and comfortable space, without impacting their budget," he emphasizes.
