The Largest Gastronomy Workshop in Espírito Santo
Fábrica de Chefs is recognized as the largest gastronomy workshop in Espírito Santo, and it arrives at its second edition in Vitória on April 22, at Espaço Patrick Ribeiro, promising to exceed all expectations. This year, chef Hugo Grassi brings the following names from the national gastronomy to the event: Felipe Bronze, Bruna Rebelo, Rafa Gomes, Rubens Catarina, Luiz Paulo, and Carlos Bertolazzi. "The event facilitates the exchange of experiences among the greatest names in modern gastronomy, and we offer valuable insights and advanced techniques for success in professional cooking," says Grassi.
For Charles Souza, the event producer, the second edition promises to bring a wealth of knowledge and updates on modern national cuisine with the greatest chefs in Brazil to Vitória. "It will be a gastronomic immersion in workshop format," he points out.

"Tiago imitates socialite Narcisa Tamborindeguy and interacts with the audience, with the host, as well as participating in external adventures," explains the event producer, Charles Sousa.
