Among the dish suggestions for Christmas Dinner and New Year's Eve, both restaurants will have their entire menu available for dining in, as well as takeout and delivery options. During this special period, one of the partners, Demitri Monteiro, suggests the house's new offerings, which are exquisite dishes. "Among them, we have the Bacalhau à Gomes de Sá, made with cod loin baked with onions, a mix of bell peppers, potatoes, eggs, green onions, and azapa olives. It comes with broccoli rice and egg farofa (R$ 238.00 – serves two people). Another suggestion that cannot be missed is the Camarão Coco Brasil, which serves six people, consisting of 18 breaded and stuffed shrimp with catupiry, over a creamy moqueca rice with shrimp and cilantro, topped with potato straw and panko farofa with bacon and leeks," describes the businessman, priced at R$ 309.00 serving six people. In addition to seafood, the restaurant offers various recipes with northeastern influences and meat options. The latest launch, the Picanha Black Angus, has been a hit. "The dish stands out due to the characteristics of this meat, which brings juiciness and an indescribable flavor due to its exceptional marbling," explains another partner, Caio Adrião. The dish is accompanied by vinaigrette, egg farofa, and biro biro rice. Available for three or four people (R$ 259.00) and also for two people (R$ 149.00). Among the inclusive dishes at Coco Bambu, options for vegetarians and vegans include lactose-free and gluten-free dishes, such as Palm Heart Risotto, Polenta with Mushrooms, Curry Tofu; vegan palm heart risotto.
