Handcrafted products from a Paulistano in Capixaba lands The online store Delícias do Cowboy was born from the passion for gastronomy of a Paulistano living in Capixaba lands, an industrial mechanic who loves to cook in his spare time. Between work trips, Ederson creates recipes and serves customers in Vitória, in the Praia do Canto neighborhood, alongside his wife. On the menu, homemade bread, cappuccino capsules, gnocchi, cherry tomato and rosemary focaccia, caramelized onion quiches, tapioca dadinhos, garlic bread, and vegetable broth. “I love making pasta and I cater to some requests from clients and friends while testing recipes,” explains Ederson, known by the nickname Cowboy. For this year's Christmas, he launched the 250-gram Chocottone, the ideal size for those who love to indulge in the holiday delicacy alone or for those who want to gift it, as well as the garlic bread. “The garlic bread came from various barbecues I attended, and everyone liked it and encouraged me to sell it,” he explains. It is sold in a combo with five units, individually packaged. “You can freeze it and eat it little by little, for those who want to enjoy it at home,” he explains.
