Comedjus gathers, in Vitória, doctors and jurists from all over Brazil

The Brazilian Medical-Legal Health Congress, Comedjus, which took place from the 18th to the 20th in Vitória, at the Vitória Grand Hall, brought together doctors and jurists from all over Brazil to discuss relevant topics for society regarding fundamental health rights and the role of the courts in ensuring and enforcing these rights.

Comedjus is considered one of the largest national events that integrates Law and Health, as it is the only one in the country that discusses the qualification of health litigation in Brazil.

Clenir Sani Avanza, a Health Lawyer, Master in Public Health Policies and Development, and President of the Medical Law Commission of OAB/ES, has been leading Comedjus since its first edition and celebrates a decade of analyses, solutions, and discussions around the challenges faced by the national health system.

Comedjus evaluates the event The 10th edition of Comedjus presented excellent results. In addition to the presence of more than 500 participants from all over the country, the event, which is already on the national calendar for medical professionals, lawyers, researchers, and jurists, discussed topics of interest to the entire population. To talk more about the results and the congress in 2024, the coordinator of Comedjus, Clenir Avanza, will hold a post-event meeting on October 4th at 6 PM, at Casa OAB – Rua Aleixo Neto, 65 – Praia do Canto – Vitória/ES. During this opportunity, agendas and extremely relevant topics will be presented, observing the numerous health demands and how the judiciary deals with them.
