The meeting of art, luxury, and architecture in the heart of Praia da Costa Città Engenharia and Apex bring to Vila Velha a unique project made for a sophisticated and equally exclusive audience, the Arti Design Living development. Città - one of the most prominent construction companies in the local real estate market - has a special history with the municipality. According to the executive director Roberto Puppim, since the 1940s, the Puppim family has been a pioneer in the construction industry in Espírito Santo, building the first houses in downtown Vila Velha. Joining forces with Apex Partners - an investment platform that operates in the real estate market with innovative strategies and asset management and protection for the people of Espírito Santo - the new development, which is set to launch and is expected to be delivered by 12/30/2026, is born from a meeting of sophistication, art, and architecture. Arti Design Living will feature three towers totaling 53 apartments for families who will have the privilege of living in a location following the High End/ Low Key trend, meaning a premium, unique concept of high performance, contemporary luxury, without excess, with elegance and refinement. The architectural project of the real estate development was handled by DG Projetos, namely Bernardo and Diocélio Grasselli, who have completed over 900 projects in 44 years of operation. The creative process began with references to the concept of wanting to capture the essence of the neighborhood's history. The facade was inspired by the creation of elements that would create a more sinuous movement and shapes that reproduce what nature represents. For the interior architecture, the renowned architect João Armentano - recognized for expanding modern architecture and its spatial potential, with his unique and irreverent style in architectural projects - was invited to implement his work that enhances well-being and transforms living spaces, seeking the natural, designing spaces with minimalist lines and sustainable technologies. The internationally recognized architect has received notable awards in his career, such as the 'Red Dot Design Award', prestigious in the Product Design category, with two models of sinks designed for Roca, and the 'If Design Award', both in 2021. For the landscaping of the building, the landscaper Roberto Riscala was chosen, who will propose the best solutions for the entire outdoor area. With over 1200 gardens executed throughout Brazil, he has works in Uruguay and Argentina. He has the highest number of participations in the Casa Cor São Paulo exhibition, having received an award in 2010 for his 18th participation. With the publication of his book "The Gardens of Roberto Riscala", he celebrates 25 years of career. The development Arti Design Living features apartments with four suites, ranging from 195 to 640 m2, with three or four parking spaces. The building consists of three towers named Musa, Bela, and Donna, and the design of the towers integrates the three into one, providing the exclusivity of having two apartments per floor or just one with a private hall. The units can be Type, Garden, and Penthouse with double height and rooftop. The penthouses have 600 to 640 m2 of private space. The condominium will feature an elegant and complete structure for residents, with all the comfort and practicality that will provide services and leisure for daily routines. The building also includes a Massage Room, Spa, Sauna, Conference Room, Grab & Co, Porte-Cochère, Heated Pool, Refrigerated Delivery Room, Pet Place, and Pet Care; Social Club, where the complete selection of leisure items is a spectacle in itself, distributed across three floors with 1,186.31 m2. Città's executive director, Roberto Puppim, shares that another novelty is the leisure area, which will be located in a building completely independent of the residential towers. "It is a dedicated and integrated building, with exclusive access through the Lobby, meaning more tranquility for those in their apartments and convenience for those using the area for fun," he explains. Puppim also emphasizes that in addition to all the luxury and practicality that Arti Design Living will offer, it is important to highlight its location. "The development is in the most desired neighborhood of Vila Velha and close to restaurants, shops, and services, as well as bars, all for the convenience of residents," he says. Additionally, it is just a few meters from the sea at Praia da Costa.
