With 600 square meters and 170 seats, the new spot offers a privileged view of Camburi beach
Jardim da Penha will gain a new gastronomic hub with an innovative architectural design. The space, named Jardim Food Park, features the concept of an open-air food court with Brazil's first healthy food drive-thru, signed by Green Station, a fast salad restaurant from Espírito Santo. With an investment of R$ 1 million, the establishment aims to generate more than 50 direct and indirect jobs. Conceived by partners Vinícius Loyola and Taiguara Moura, the new spot will be inaugurated this Tuesday, the 9th, and will feature eight establishments, each specialized in a different culinary segment. In addition to Green Station, which will serve healthy food and also operate in drive-thru mode, there will be a brewery, pizzeria, grill, coffee shop, hamburger joint, candy store, and ice cream shop, as well as a kids' area and a pet-friendly environment.
With a design by renowned architect Christian Vieira, Jardim Food Park seeks to pay homage to the neighborhood in which it is located and features the concept of a cozy square/garden. With 600 square meters, 170 seats, and a privileged view of Camburi beach, the location has an imposing entrance with a large "Instagrammable" portal composed of a hanging chair supported by ropes in a vine style, surrounded by foliage. The corner facade will be entirely enveloped with climbing plants, creating a large vertical garden.
Another highlight of the project is that the establishments will be installed in containers. "The choice to use containers was due to practicality, speed, and durability, as well as low maintenance costs. Another benefit was the execution time," explains Christian.
Regarding Jardim Food Park, Vinícius Loyola states: "We want to offer the people of Espírito Santo a refined yet welcoming option for the whole family. An environment where it will be possible to bring together diverse generations to share good moments around good food and drink."
