A decade of existence in 2023. And the boldest construction company in the state announces many new developments. Projects delivered ahead of schedule, numbers that prove success in the market, and, to top it off, exclusive images of the boldest and most exclusive Beach Club in Grande Vitória.

The Taj Beach Club has already received its inaugural fence, which can be seen by those passing through the Rodovia do Sol. Architect Karol Simonasse, who is responsible for the Taj project, is also in charge of the architectural design of the Beach Club and the fence, featuring nautical wood and refined lighting.

The newly released 3D images showcase all the details of the project. Karol Simonasse explains that the Beach Club project has a beach identity surrounded by large palm trees, creating the feeling of being in a true private oasis, with security, sophistication, and comfort.

“The Beach Club will change the way the beach is used. The space distribution will include a wet deck equipped with futons so that Taj residents can enjoy their leisure and relaxation time,” says the architect.

The space will also feature a board storage area, bathrooms, a bike rack with bicycles for shared use among residents, and a resting area on the ground floor with beach sand flooring bringing the entire shoreline into the environment.

Additionally, there will be an autonomous grocery store with cold drinks and assorted snacks and an Ice Pit on the second floor to host friends and family, equipped with a champagne cooler for events and gatherings.

The Taj Home Resort is now captivating those passing by the Rodovia do Sol, with its first 18 floors already visible. This is the Lotus Tower, featuring 4-suite apartments, which will have a total of 25 floors. A little further back is the Mirage Tower, the tallest in Espírito Santo, with 3-suite apartments.

In the foundation of the Mirage Tower, more concrete was used than in the 18 floors already visible from the Lotus Tower. A single pillar of the tallest Taj tower received 64 piles and blocks of 360 cubic meters of concrete.

In the foundation of the Mirage, during the pouring of the blocks, 80% of the water was replaced with ice. This technology helps reduce temperature, preventing possible cracks, as the interior of the concrete blocks should not exceed 70 degrees. The entire process was monitored with sensors installed inside the blocks to maintain the ideal temperature.

Here are some more interesting numbers: only in one of the basement floors of the Lotus Tower, the garage floor, 1500 cubic meters of concrete were used, including the pillars, equivalent to approximately 132 concrete trucks and 100 tons of steel in the slab, totaling six thousand square meters.

In the construction site, a wind tunnel study was conducted for the structural calculations of the Taj, taking into account the impact of wind on the towers' structures.

Between the two towers, the symbol palm trees of the Taj, the date palms, are already in place. Twenty-eight of them, of the species Phoenix canariensis, are already on site to reach their full splendor by the project's completion, scheduled for 2026. There will be 119 date palms in the more than 21 square meters of leisure area of the Taj.

Comfort is one of the pillars of all Grand's developments. With this in mind, the construction company decided to climatize the main pool of the Taj, which has over 1000 m² of area. It will be permanently maintained at 28º C.

The two boldest developments in Espírito Santo are a sales success. Today, out of the 124 units of Una Residence, 80% already have owners. The Taj, in turn, has surpassed the mark of 100 residents from all corners of the world. The secret to success? Grand's sales director, Gustavo Rezende, doesn’t reveal everything but shares some insights.

“First, without a doubt, is Grand's transparency with the real estate market. Our doors are always open, and we have been focused for many years on understanding market demands. With that, we realize the added value of a development; we want to deliver what the client desires in their life,” he says.

“And we go further. When it comes to high-end developments, it is necessary to dare to do things differently. The Taj and Una have all possible solutions within a condominium specially designed to accommodate everything one can imagine. Even things that many clients didn’t even think were essential,” he adds.

In May, Grand Construtora will deliver two developments, and the best part is that they are ahead of schedule. In Vila Velha, on May 4, residents of Morada Mar do Leste will receive their keys, two months earlier than expected. In Vitória, on the 29th, the Grand Suá Tower will also be delivered ahead of schedule. The early delivery of the buildings reaffirms Grand's credibility in the real estate market.

The Grand Suá Tower is an ambitious project by Gregório Repsold and features a 25-story tower. All apartments face the majestic view of the Bay of Vitória. There are 2 bedrooms, one of which is a suite, and only 3 apartments per floor. To top it off, there is a gourmet space, gym, and pool on the top floors (24th and 25th).

Morada Mar do Leste brings Grand's innovation to Praia de Itaparica.
