"Upholstery and more neutral tones become great decoration options. Earthy hues are the perfect choice, and a suggestion is to invest in coral, which is very much in line with the season," she indicates. But if you want to have fun preparing the spaces, the suggestion is to use geometric shapes. Additionally, it’s interesting to invest in a color palette that evokes tranquility, with earthy tones and blue. "Since warmer days can be an exception during this period, don’t be afraid to layer comfort, such as sofas, cushions, poufs, rugs, and upholstered chairs," she suggests. A striking feature of autumn is its colors. They match the yellowish hues that the leaves take on, the falling rain, and the paler days. Wood tones – such as chestnut, brown, and earth – are making a strong comeback, along with green, especially moss and pale green, which give the impression of faded leaves. "Gray should also appear in all its variations, but it's interesting to try to create comfortable environments with this tone. Off-white also appears to give a more vintage touch to the decor, and dark blue is coming in strong. However, don’t let the trend overshadow the new tones that emerge in the autumn palette, such as: pink, purple, deep red, black, and white," she reminds.
