Guarapari: New brewery opens its doors this month in Buenos Aires

Cervejaria Buena Vista opens amidst nature with its various beer styles, along with a menu featuring traditional Brazilian snacks and some classics from German, Belgian, American, and British cuisines, which are the main brewing schools worldwide

A combination of cold draft beer, good gastronomy, and nature around is the new addition to the entertainment itinerary for locals and tourists visiting Espírito Santo. This month, Cervejaria Buena Vista opens its doors in Buenos Aires, Guarapari. Designed by architect and partner of the venture, Christian Vieira, the brewery has about 400 m² of space, located on a privileged plot of 25,000 square meters, surrounded by nature. "The idea was to work with a quick modular structure that had visual appeal without interfering with the surrounding nature, which is a differentiator of our brewery that will undoubtedly enchant everyone. Because of this, to keep the local vegetation as the protagonist, balancing the green present in the natural landscape and developing harmony between the environments, we opted for gray tones in the structure," he explains. [caption id="attachment_39345" align="aligncenter" width="300"] BUENA VISTA CERVEJARIA - 3D PROJECT CHRISTIAN VIEIRA In total, there will be four independent environments, with one ground floor and three upper levels, featuring open balconies and also air-conditioned spaces. The brewery will open with eight taps offering various styles of draft beer. Buena Vista beer is produced in Vitória by master brewer Marcos Oliveira, who is also a partner in the venture. Initially, there will be eight taps available, six for styles that are permanently produced at the brewery and two for seasonal styles produced by the brewery, such as Witbier, test batches, and also drafts from partner breweries. "In the future, we intend to increase this number and even change the perennial styles according to our perception of customer demand. Additionally, customers will be able to enjoy beer on-site, take home growlers filled on the spot, or purchase bottled beers that will be sold in the brewery's shop," he explains. [caption id="attachment_39344" align="aligncenter" width="300"] Cerveja Buena Vista - IPA and BLOND ALE   Gastronomy The brewery's menu aims to pay homage to the brewing schools of the world, bringing classic snacks from Germany, Belgium, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Options range from Schnitzel to Carbonade flamande (beef stew cooked in the house's Red Ale), Buffalo wings, and Fish and chips. Also served will be Bitterballen, a classic Dutch snack. "This is a version of Dutch croquettes (kroketten) that will be served in portions and is perfect to enjoy with our cold pilsner, for example," indicates the partner and master brewer. In addition to these, traditional Brazilian snacks are a must, such as crispy pork belly, linguicinha de rolo, tapioca cubes, among others. And on the dessert menu, the highlight is the Torta de Sintra, inspired by Portuguese cuisine, made with apple jam and guaranteed to have a special place in the hearts of locals. Discover some of the Buena Vista beers: Pilsen: a smooth and refreshing lager, perfect for cooling off on hot days. American Blonde Ale: flavorful and aromatic, characteristics obtained from classic American hops. Amber Lager: an amber-colored beer, with aromas and flavors from special malts. Very refreshing! Red ale: a dark red beer, with aromas and flavors reminiscent of caramel, biscuit, and chocolate. Session IPA: a light and slightly hazy beer due to the addition of wheat malt in its composition. Aromas and flavors evoke tropical fruits due to the use of cutting-edge American hops. Its lower alcohol content (4%) and moderate bitterness make this beer a tasty and refreshing option for warmer days. American IPA: a classic representative of the style, with an alcohol content of 6% and a pronounced bitterness of 55 ibu. Flavor and aroma characteristics come from the finest American hops.
