Città Engenharia - one of the construction companies with the greatest presence in the local real estate market, celebrates 30 years in August. According to the executive director Roberto Puppim, since the 1940s, the Puppim family has been a pioneer in civil construction in Espírito Santo, building the first houses in the center of Vila Velha. “I proudly affirm that four generations later, we continue to prioritize the quality and high standards of our real estate developments, combined with innovation,” assures the director.
The Puppim family has been involved in urban development since that time, totaling 80 years of tradition and innovation in civil construction in Espírito Santo. With 41 buildings constructed and delivered, Città honors tradition and continues towards the future and new ventures.
Not forgetting its socioeconomic dimension and corporate responsibility, Città is a supporter of MOVIVE (Movimento Vida Nova Vila Velha), backing and sustaining its initiatives since its foundation.
“In addition, in 2011 we began a partnership with Fundação Dom Cabral through PAEX – Partners for Excellence, aiming for continuous improvement in qualitative growth and professional management, following the best market practices,” points out Puppim.
Currently, Città is responsible for over 300,000 m² of constructed area in the best locations in Vila Velha and Vitória and has become a reference company in quality and high standards of products to this day. Currently, the company headquarters is located in a prime area, in the Mata da Praia neighborhood, in Vitória.
