2nd Purple February Rowing Event Shakes Up Guarderia

  The social action promoted by pain specialist Dr. André Felix, marked by the 'Purple February Rowing', gets better every year! The 2nd edition held on Saturday (11) proved that. It was five hours of a free event that brought together hundreds of people, where the main goal was to raise awareness about the importance of diagnosing and treating Fibromyalgia, an autoimmune disease characterized by chronic pain. The event took place at Praia da Guarderia, in Enseada do Suá, Vitória. The program included debates, breakfast, a round table on nutrition, physical exercises, a dance class, children's recreation, and interdisciplinary care with doctors, physiotherapists, nutritionists, and psychologists, in addition to a surprise prepared by the doctor himself. Dr. André Felix emphasized how important interdisciplinary treatment, lifestyle changes, good nutrition, and daily physical exercises are for pain management and the preservation of patients' well-being and quality of life.
