Learn to produce expert reports
Buildings require technical oversight from the beginning of construction until its completion, and after certain periods, technical reports for structural monitoring.
One of the important tasks related to this factor is the technical expertise of architects. Thus, the Council of Architecture and Urbanism of Espírito Santo (CAU/ES) promotes the 2nd edition of the course Diagnostic Architecture: Online Technical Expertise Course, on December 6 and 7, from 6 PM to 10 PM.
After the success of the first edition held in 2021, CAU/ES offers the training course on technical expertise for free – in virtual mode – with civil engineer Jefferson Marinho, graduated in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Ceará (UFC), Master in Engineering and Environmental Technology from the University of Leon – Spain (2012) and current President of the Brazilian Institute of Appraisals and Engineering Expertise of Ceará (IBAPE-CE/2022-2023).
"There will be eight hours of course to enable architects to produce reports and studies that attest to the degree of compromise of building structures and indicate technical solutions for correcting pathologies," explains the council president, Heliomar Venâncio. Meet the speaker:
Jefferson Marinho
Graduated in CIVIL ENGINEERING from the Federal University of Ceará – UFC (1990). Graduated in CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY - with a specialization in Topography and Roads from the Regional University of Cariri – URCA (1994). Graduated in LAW from the Regional University of Cariri – URCA (2012). Doctoral student in Biological Chemistry – URCA. Master in Law from the University of Santa Cruz do Sul – UNISC (RS). Master in Engineering and Environmental Technology from the University of Leon – Spain (2012). Holds a specialization in Business Administration, Occupational Safety Engineering, and Engineering Appraisals and Expertise. Currently, he is an Adjunct Professor M, assigned to the Department of Civil Construction at the Regional University of Cariri-URCA, Pro-Rector of Administration-URCA, Coordinator of the Lato Sensu Specialization Course in Construction Management, Director of IBAPE-CE (2022-2023). Former Director of the Technological Institute of Cariri – ITEC (2014-2019). Has experience in the field of Law, working in civil, consumer, tax, labor, social security, and environmental actions. In Civil Engineering, he works in the following areas: technical expertise, property appraisal, occupational safety engineering, analysis and monitoring of public and private sector building projects. He also works in the area of business administration (planning and control of works, planning and management of construction sites, management of construction companies). He is currently the president of the Brazilian Institute of Appraisals and Engineering Expertise of Ceará.
