1st Capixaba Music Award is tomorrow

Tomorrow the winners of the 17 categories of the Capixaba Music Award will be announced. The 1st edition of the event, a night to celebrate Capixaba professionals and their musical achievements, will take place at 7 PM at Sesc Glória.

The 1st Capixaba Music Award will promote the gathering of the music community around the presentation of the winners, and the event is open to the public and will be streamed live on the YouTube channel premiodamusicacapixaba.

The award's conception is another initiative by MM Projetos Culturais, led by producers Simone Marçal and Daniel Morelo, who are also behind Formemus, the largest music market event in the state, and the Marien Calixte Jazz Music Festival, the only festival dedicated exclusively to instrumental music in Espírito Santo.

Tribute

The Capixaba Music Award will honor an individual chosen for their trajectory and representativeness in the history of Capixaba music. Flávio Vezzoni, composer and vocalist of the group Moxuara, has been selected to receive the honor in this edition.
